Crowley Optimistic for the Banks

The Banks Project is vitally important both in terms of providing a world class
development in Cincinnati and also to our psyche as a City. A successful
project will show that it is a new day--we can get it done! We also need to do
it in the right way--in a way we can all be proud of.

I am in the process of learning as much as I can about the proposal being discussed and its
implications on the region and downtown. This is particularly true given the
height and parking issues that have been raised. I'm also speaking with City
Staff, elected officials, developers and downtown business interests on a
regular basis to understand how the process is moving forward as well as the
implications of the proposal. To this point nothing has been brought before City
Council to consider. I am hopeful that the Banks Working Group will conclude its
work and present their final product to Council soon.

There's nothing to "consider". You either vote yes or no.

David,
You have been in office the majority of the time of this Banks goofiness. We hold you and your do nothing fellow Councilmen (and women) to blame. Now get to work on doing something or get out.
