Cole on Property Tax Rollback

This issue is a matter of principle for me, I believe if we can provide a tax break for corporations we should make the same effort to give to our citizens, regardless of the amount. Some money is better than no money.

While I understand the other side of this issue in regards to needing the revenue. For me this issue is about thanking the residents who continue to stay in the city; just as we do to keep corporations here, we need to do the same to keep our homeowners here.
