Let us not forget that a majority of Cincinnatians support human service funding in the budget!

The 1.5% Justin is talking about is the percentage of total votes he will get on election night.
That might be a stretch. Last time I looked, you have to be 18 to vote.
Video can also be used to spread misinformation, as you have here. The study quoted is completely bogus, by virtue of slanted questions and funny math. On second thought, I'm willing to concede it's 1.5% accurate.
