Charlie Winburn and Human Services

When I was on city council, I always supported human services funding. And if elected this November, I plan to continue to fund it with view toward establishing more accountability and outcome measures for the utilization of these funds.

I am working on a plan that will engage the city and major corporations to assist with funding human services projects. However, I would like to see human services dollars leveraged to create jobs and promote more training and education.
